Ford says the E-series is the only vehicle in its segment to offer a V-8 as standard equipment. The E-150 and E-250 cargo vans come with a 225-hp, 4.6-liter V-8 engine, and, new for the 2008 model year, the E-450 now comes standard with a 255-hp, 5.4-liter V-8. A 305-hp, 6.8-liter V-10 is optional.
